Committees
Lead the Change. Shape the Work. Build the Future.
Committees are where EDABC members roll up their sleeves and drive impact. These working groups align with our three strategic pillars and ensure that community voice, lived experience, and professional expertise shape every step of our work.
Whether you're passionate about leadership development, business equity, inclusive policy—or eager to connect with peers in your field—there’s a place for you here.
Our Pillar Committees
Each pillar committee is made up of EDABC members who help steer strategy, inform programming, and build solutions that reflect community needs and economic realities.
Workforce Development Committee
The Workforce Development Committee (WDC) is committed to advancing equitable access to employment, skill-building, and long-term career growth for Black workers, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
