Terms and Conditions
Membership Eligibility

Individuals must meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the Economic Development Association for Black Communities (EDABC) to become members.

Membership is open to individuals who support the mission and goals of EDABC, particularly those with an interest in economic development within Black communities.
Registration

Users must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Membership Benefits

Members will have access to exclusive content, events, and resources as outlined by EDABC.

Benefits may be subject to change at the discretion of the organization.
Fees and Payments

Membership fees are outlined on the platform and are non-refundable.

EDABC reserves the right to modify membership fees with reasonable 90-day notice.
Code of Conduct

Members agree to abide by a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful community environment.

EDABC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violation of the code of conduct.
Privacy and Data Security

EDABC is committed to protecting the privacy of its members.

Member data will be handled in accordance with the organization's privacy policy.
Termination of Membership

EDABC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership at its discretion.

Members may terminate up to 3 business days before their membership renewal date. Members terminate their membership by emailing our Administrative & Community Manager at hello@edaforblackcommunities.com with a reason for termination and effective date.
Intellectual Property

Content provided on the platform is the intellectual property of EDABC.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without explicit permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denver County.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
Renewal of Membership

EDABC reserves the right to automatically renew memberships at the shared annual renewal date at time of membership registration

If at any point, a member would like to terminate their membership, they may follow the instructions under 'Termination of Membership'
By accessing and using the Economic Development Association for Black Communities online membership platform, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. EDABC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and such changes will be communicated to members via the platform.
