Tiana Patterson is an attorney, policy strategist, and founder of Twelve Point Strategies, a consulting practice focused on housing policy, stakeholder engagement, and systems change. With more than 15 years of experience spanning law, public affairs, and affordable homeownership, she has worked with nonprofits, government agencies, and national organizations to expand access to housing and build pathways to wealth.

In addition to her consulting work, Tiana is the founder of Old Dog, New Treats, a Colorado-based company creating functional, limited-ingredient treats designed with senior dogs in mind. Inspired by her beloved dog Ghostface, the brand reflects her belief that every stage of life deserves care, dignity, and joy.

Tiana lives in Colorado with her husband and their dog, Rza.
